Lawrence J. Greenberg received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association and their sections on business law, taxation, probate and real estate. Mr. Greenberg's practice is concentrated on business law, commercial real estate and business and estate planning with an emphasis on complex transactions.
