Martin W. Schoepfer, Associate

Martin Schoepfer’s practice is concentrated primarily in two areas: family law and criminal law. His family law practice focuses on divorce, child custody, visitation and child support in both the Superior Court and Magistrate Court in New London and Windham Counties. In his criminal practice, he represents clients in both the GA and Superior Courts in New London, Norwich, Middletown and Danielson, Connecticut. Attorney Schoepfer represents clients who have been charged with felonies and misdemeanors including drunk driving (DUI) and domestic violence.

Mr. Schoepfer is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New London Court Bar Association and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Schoepfer received his B.S. and M. Ed. from Boston University and his J.D. from Quinnipiac University where he was a founding member of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal.
