John A. Collins III, Matthew Shafner and Matthew E. Auger Named to The Best Lawyers in America®

Three lawyers from Suisman Shapiro Attorneys at Law were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in  Best Lawyers ® 2012 (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). John A. Collins, III was selected in the field of Personal Injury Litigation, Matthew Shafner in the field of Workers Compensation Law-Claimants and Matthew E. Auger in the field of Medical Malpractice Law. Additionally, Attorney Shafner is one of a distinguished group of attorneys who have been included in Best Lawyers for ten years or longer. The firm, Suisman Shapiro Attorneys at Law, is Top-Listed in New London, Connecticut with three attorneys.

Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 39,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.1 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers "the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice."

"Suisman Shapiro is proud and honored to have three of our attorneys selected as The Best Lawyers in America 2012," said John Collins, III, Managing Director. "This honor is particularly humbling because we were chosen by our peers."
