Timothy R. Bouchard

Timothy R. Bouchard joined Suisman Shapiro in 2023 as an associate attorney. He was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2022. His practice focuses on general litigation including personal injury and municipal law. Attorney Bouchard has represented clients in a variety of personal injury actions including motor vehicle collisions, dog bites, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. Attorney Bouchard is a native of Waterford, Connecticut and currently resides in Norwich. He is a graduate of Saint Bernard School in Uncasville, where he decided to pursue a career as a lawyer after participating in the school's Mock Trial program. He attended the College of the Holy Cross where he graduated cum laude, majoring in political science and history. Attorney Bouchard then attended law school at Quinnipiac University, graduating magna cum laude with an award for Superior Classroom Achievement.

While in law school, Attorney Bouchard was an intern at a small law firm that specializes in personal injury cases. He was then named an associate attorney upon passing the bar. At his prior firm, Attorney Bouchard not only brought claims on behalf of injured parties, but also assisted in defending personal injury and legal malpractice actions, giving him first-hand knowledge of the typical pitfalls that can impact your potential claim.

When he is not practicing law, Attorney Bouchard enjoys fishing, camping, and hiking with his wife and their dog.
