Attorneys Raymond L. Baribeault and Kristi D. Kelly Appointed to Boards of Directors for Three Rivers College and USS Groton Sail Foundations

Suisman Shapiro is pleased to announce that Raymond L. Baribeault and Kristi D. Kelly have been named members of the Boards of Directors for two prominent local organizations.

Attorney Baribeault was recently appointed as one of the newest members of the Three Rivers College Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Three Rivers College Foundation provides scholarships and awards to deserving students, funded programs for nursing, manufacturing, workforce and community education as well as sponsored program initiatives, professional development, cultural and fine arts programs.

“We are appreciative of your willingness to work on behalf of the TRC Foundation and are fortunate to gain your expertise as we continue to achieve our goals and build our future,” wrote Dr. Mark Tramontozzi, President of the Three Rivers College Foundation.

Kristi D. Kelly was elected to the Board of Directors of the USS Groton Sail Foundation, Inc. The USS Groton Sail Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on building a lasting public monument to celebrate our region’s contribution to our nation’s defense.

“Right here, across the river and visible from our offices, hundreds of submarines have been built by the men and women of Electric Boat and hundreds of thousands of submariners have been trained at the Sub School. Yet no lasting monument exists to recognize the men and women who build, design and operate the United States Navy’s submarines. They are our family, friends, and neighbors,” said Attorney Kelly.
