Attorney Sam Nassetta Wins Land Dispute Decision For His Client

In a trial held in the Superior Court of New London on May 3, 2022, Attorney Sam Nassetta represented the plaintiff in a land dispute matter regarding the location of a boundary line between two neighboring properties located in Montville, Connecticut. Both parties testified regarding their use of the properties, and deed history was presented dating back to 1956.  The parties also identified respective civil engineer/surveyor experts and introduced evidence regarding their own surveys of the properties and the contested boundary line. In a decision dated October 18, 2022, the court found that the plaintiff met his burden of proof and title by deed was declared in Attorney Nassetta’s client’s name.
