Team Dragonheart in Memory of Attorney Michael V. Sage Ranks as #1 Community Fundraising Team for the Second Year at the Start! Heart Walk at Rocky Neck State Park

The American Heart Association Start! Heart Walk brings communities together in celebration of progress in the fight against heart diseases and stroke. This inspirational day is filled with energy, excitement and hope.

Team Dragonheart was recruited by Azadeh Rezvani, wife of Suisman Shapiro Attorney Michael V. Sage, and walked together in his memory on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Rocky Neck State Park. The enthusiastic group, rallied along by firm Directors Jay Berryman and Jack Collins, included more than 50 of Michael’s family members, friends and colleagues and raised over $5,000 for the American Heart Association. Azadeh and team ranked as the #1 community fundraising team for the event which was attended by over 1,000 people!

Michael’s family is currently in the process of forming the Michael Vincent Sage Dragonheart Foundation to raise money for research on sudden cardiac arrhythmias and to fund a scholarship in his name at Cheshire Academy.
