Martha Singer is an associate whose practice focuses on municipal, land use, environmental and business law. She advises municipalities and private clients on a broad range of land use, environmental compliance and Brownfield redevelopment matters. Her practice includes zoning and planning issues, regulatory compliance, administrative appeals and related litigation. She also represents clients in business and commercial matters.
Attorney Singer is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the Federal District Court, District of Connecticut, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She received her B.A. in Fine Art from Saint Michael’s College and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she earned a Certificate of Concentration in Business Law and Financial Services.
During law school, Attorney Singer served as Chief Note Editor on the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law and received the Jurisprudence Award in Federal Income Taxation. Attorney Singer enjoys baking, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking in her free time.
