Roger Scully is a Director on the firm’s civil litigation team. He handles personal injury cases, representing those harmed by negligent motorists, property owners, and medical providers in Connecticut State and Federal Courts. An experienced trial advocate, Attorney Scully has handled numerous civil and criminal matters from case inception through settlement or verdict.
Attorney Scully began his career as an Assistant District Attorney (prosecutor) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Norfolk County. He then returned home to join Suisman Shapiro where he practiced from 2015 – 2021. He left Suisman Shapiro in 2021 to join an in-house legal department for a large, international corporation. However, Attorney Scully missed the connection to his community and serving its members. He is thrilled to be back practicing law with his colleagues at Suisman Shapiro.
Attorney Scully is a native of East Lyme, Connecticut, and currently resides in Mystic with his fiancé and daughter. When he is not at work, Attorney Scully enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, attempting to play golf and rooting on his favorite sports team, especially UConn Basketball.
