Attorney Eric W. Callahan prevailed in a jury trial involving Eric W Callahan a complex business and commercial real estate dispute. Attorney Callahan represented the defendants (an individual and New York corporation) sued by an investor claiming fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation and breach of contract.
