Suisman Shapiro Sharks Compete in CAN/AM Hockey Tournament in Toronto
The Suisman Shapiro Sharks, a Norwich-based adult recreational hockey team led by Attorney Rob Keville, recently returned from a fun-filled weekend in Toronto where they participated in the CAN/AM Challenge Cup Tournament. The competition was held at the historic Maple Leaf Gardens Hockey Arena.
CAN/AM Hockey is an international company that launched its first summer hockey program in 1969. They offer highly competitive tournaments by creating divisions based on a team’s average age, playing level and tournament history. The Sharks are highly ranked and won a bronze medal in the Toronto tournament. The team’s only loss was to the team that won the entire competition.
