COVID-19 Information Center
At Suisman Shapiro, the health and safety of our employees and clients are as an important and top priority for us as it is to provide you with sound, timely and high quality legal advice. During this difficult time we are firmly committed to continuing our legal guidance and leadership to our community, as we have done since our inception 80 years ago. Our legal services to you have been declared by the Governor to be essential to the community during these hardships, and in response to this call our lawyers and staff will remain fully available to you in the ordinary course, ready to assist you in your pressing personal and business issues.
Naturally, we will follow the preventative measures and precautions relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19), which may also allow us to communicate with you by electronic means. We’re here for you.
Please continue to contact your attorney and staff at their phone extensions and email addresses as freely as you have in the past. If you are not certain of the contact information, please call 1-1-800-499-0145 or 1-860-442-4416 and, if necessary, follow voice prompts, and leave a voice message; or, email [email protected]; or, contact us through https://www.suismanshapiro.com. As always, we will respond quickly and efficiently to address your legal concerns.
As we slowly begin to expand operations in our office building, we have made painstaking efforts to assure that our public spaces and work areas are thoroughly cleaned daily. Hand sanitizer is available at each entrance to our offices, and of course, we carefully practice social distancing. Additionally, we have made arrangements for our clients to meet one-one-one with their attorney in a separate conference space. There is no need to enter the workspace or visit our reception area. Prior to your appointment, your attorney will make specific arrangements with you regarding when and where to meet.
We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay healthy and safe!
