Attorney James Berryman Attends the 2012 Annual Longshore Conference in New Orleans

Attorney James Berryman recently attended the 2012 Annual Longshore Conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference is hosted every March by the Loyola University College of Law Institute for Continuing Legal Education. A wide range of topics covered include proposed legislative amendments to the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, psychiatric claims, orthopedic injuries and new case law.

Attorney Berryman’s practice focuses on Workers’ Compensation Law and Social Security Disability claims. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbus School of Law. Mr. Berryman was recently named by “Benchmark Plaintiff” magazine as a local litigation star. He is actively involved in many community programs throughout eastern Connecticut.
